Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at KIM Communication in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, developing communication strategies, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and account handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement communication strategies
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and deep knowledge about digital platforms in planning and executing
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- At least 3-5 years experience at the same industry, working at the agency site is preferable
