Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead our BTL service division. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving the success of BTL campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of event management, BTL activities, and strategic account management, with a proven track record in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BTL campaigns and events, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • New Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying and pitching new opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, content producers, and media planners to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members in digital strategy and client management best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at an event agency or BTL-focused marketing firm.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (not strictly)
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential (this is a must)
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BTL activities, event management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Personality:
    • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality work.
    • Good communication in English and Vietnamese for four skills.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. You’re required to manage your work proactively by yourself
  • Probation period: 2 months.
  • Location: KIM Communication, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
